Ty Nsekhe: Founder
 
Ty Nsekhe began his professional career in the Arena Football League (AFL) in 2009 when he was selected for the Corpus Christi Sharks. He played in the AFL from 2009-2012. In the summer of 2012, he came to the attention of the Indianapolis Colts. He was selected by the Colts as a free agent on August 1, 2012. He was signed by the St. Louis Rams on the active roster on September 2, 2012. 
In 2015, he has played in 6 of 8 regular season games for the Washington Redskins , making his first career start vs the Jets.  Over the last two seasons Ty Nsekhe has appeared in 29 regular season games with six starts.
Chris Poux: CEO

 

Chris Poux was born in Fort Worth, TX and raised in Arlington, TX by his parents Vijay and Gilbert Poux. He attended James Bowie High School where he was a stand out student-athlete and received a full athletic scholarship to play football for Texas State. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree and also has his Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. He has been an active leader in the community for over 12 years. He established and ran an after school program at Barnett Jr High School in Arlington for 5 years. He also has many student-athletes currently playing for a Division 1 program that were part of his mentoring program that he still runs today. Chris is CPR and First-Aid Certified.

Edmund Pringle, M.Ed: Board Member

A talented and savvy athlete for most of his life, Edmund Pringle was a member of conference championship teams on almost every level from Junior College to Division 1-A in his five year college career. The Fort Worth, TX, native was not only a part of championship teams but he also accomplishes being a pre-season All-American for Junior College (2003) and Division-1AA (2004).

 

During and after a distinguished football career ending due to injuries Pringle has always focused on helping the youth and since the early 2000’s he always work with outreach programs through the universities to stay in touch with the youth. He finally got a chance to reach out to a larger scale of kids when he served as youth programs assistant coordinator for Miami Dolphins Inc. He was able to travel all across Dade County, Broward County, Palm Beach County and a trip to the Bahamas to encourage over 20,000 kids of all ages to get an education, stay physically active and make positive choices.

A passionate, creative, inspiring leader, Pringle has over 10 years of experience with kids. He also volunteers yearly with the Southwest Optimist Club. Pringle is currently a member of the NAACP, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. and educator/athletic coach in the Fort Worth Independent School District.

 

Pringle’s educational resume includes his current endeavor as he seeks fall enrollment for his Doctrine of Education Degree with a major of Educational Leadership.  He has also received his Master’s Degree in Education concentrated in Sports Administration from Concordia University – Austin: a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Business Administration from Texas State University.
